FAQ

In Inventory Fulfillment are the products that are being shipped straight from our Inventory On Hand. The On Hand Inventory is kept to a minimum because of the room in our storage. We try to keep the most popular Inventory On Hand but it often depends on our supplier and when a stock person is in house.

Third Party Fulfillment are items that we do not keep in out warehouse. These items usually do not come through our facilities at all. Instead they are shipped from the supplier we order from.

Back Ordered Fulfillment is simply this order is on its way to us but can not get to us and then shipped to you within our normal shipping days. If this happens we will let you know by the next business day which items are on their way to us and the approximate expected shipping date to you. If our providers are also back ordered we will let you know this as well. It is very unusual for our providers to back ordered as well however, when this happens we are at the mercy of them. If we can find an alternate provider at the same rate then we will do so.

Our products that have the Resurrected Roamer have a special skus that allow our system to keep up with those separate from other sales. Every quarter of the year we pay our taxes like every other business and those sales are added up with 25% being tallied and then donated on their website donation link.
